Amateur Radio Operator’s Course

Are you interested in becoming an Amateur Radio Operator and engaging in public service?

The Pictou County Amateur Radio Club will conduct a radio course with the object of becoming a licensed amateur.

This course will be held at the old miner’s museum and library location, located at 122 Leo Fahey Way, Stellarton on Thursday evenings at 7:00pm.

Cost will be $80 payable at registration, per person plus one additional family member at no charge. This includes the latest textbook for the course and one year membership in PCARC.

Projected dates:

August 12th  Last date for registration (we may be able to fit you in if you contact us prior to August 30th).

September 14th  Start of course.

December 14th Last session in 2017.

January 11th 2018 course resumes.

Exam target end January.
